New: AI Analytics Show Hoteliers the Reasons Behind the Ratings

GuestRevu has launched a new set of AI-powered analytics tools that help hoteliers save time, understand guest sentiment, and act on guest feedback faster than ever before.

The latest addition to GuestRevu’s award-winning guest feedback and reputation management platform, AI Analytics uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyse thousands of survey responses and online reviews. The tools surface the most important themes, highlight guest emotions, and even allow hoteliers to click straight through to the comments behind the data.
