The integration between ResRequest’s property management system and GuestRevu’s direct guest survey tool will allow for feedback requests to automatically be sent once a guest checks out of a property, enabling the companies’ mutual clients to get more detailed feedback on a regular basis. That GuestRevu integrates with TripAdvisor as well as Google means that guests are also encouraged to leave reviews on the online platforms, and these can be monitored along with reviews from other channels such as Booking.com, Expedia and Facebook, thanks to GuestRevu’s ORM solution.

Properties can view the direct and online feedback from their GuestRevu dashboard, from which they can draw insights to make more informed operational improvements and provide the best possible guest experience.
