With HotSoft 8 and GuestRevu, properties can create personalised emails to automatically be sent to each of their guests after check-out. This not only encourages them to provide valuable feedback about their stay, but also prompts them to post reviews to TripAdvisor or Google. Properties can view the direct feedback from their GuestRevu dashboard, from which they can draw insights to make more informed operational improvements and provide the best possible guest experience.
